This study tests whether a special tumor analysis tool called Immunoscore — which measures how well the immune system is fighting the cancer — can help predict which non-metastatic colorectal cancer patients are most likely to have their cancer return after surgery. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 18 and 80 years old - You have been diagnosed with colon cancer (adenocarcinoma type) confirmed by pathology - You have had curative surgery to remove your colon cancer (stage I, II, or III) - You are eligible to receive adjuvant (post-surgery) chemotherapy **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You have had another solid tumor cancer within the last 3 years (except certain early-stage skin or cervical cancers) - You have conditions that prevent you from consenting or completing the study Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
