This trial creates a comprehensive database of patients treated for thoracic (chest) cancers — including lung cancer and mesothelioma — at Lyon University Hospital to advance cancer research. **You may be eligible if...** - You are being treated for a thoracic cancer (such as non-small cell lung cancer, small cell lung cancer, or mesothelioma) at Lyon University Hospital - Your diagnosis was confirmed by pathology, cytology, or a multidisciplinary team decision **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You refuse to participate - For optional blood sampling: you weigh less than 30 kg or have no blood draw scheduled as part of your care Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
