Summary

This study will enroll 120 women living with ovarian cancer following completion of initial treatment. Our objective is to test an intervention designed to provide support during the survivorship transition for this population, who live with a high degree of morbidity related to the illness and its treatment as well as a high risk of recurrence. Study participants will be randomly assigned to receive survivorship care using the POSTCare-O process or usual care. The primary outcome is quality of life at 12 weeks after intervention.

The goal is to help women transition from active treatment to life after cancer, addressing ongoing needs like monitoring, side effects, and emotional well-being. **You may be eligible if...** - You have Stage 2–4 ovarian cancer - You have been treated with some combination of surgery, chemotherapy, or other therapies - You completed your initial treatment within the past 6 months (ongoing maintenance therapy is still okay) - You can provide consent in English or Spanish **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have been enrolled in hospice care following your ovarian cancer treatment Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
