This study collects blood and urine samples from patients with bladder cancer to support the development of tests for early detection of bladder cancer.

**You may be eligible if...**
- You are over 18 years old
- You have undergone an evaluation for blood in the urine (including CT/ultrasound and/or cystoscopy)
**You may NOT be eligible if...**
- You have had another cancer in the past 5 years (skin cancers are OK)
- You have recurrent muscle-invasive bladder cancer or a prior upper urinary tract cancer
- You have received chemotherapy for a non-bladder cancer in the past 5 years
- You have had a bladder biopsy in the last 3 days or a urinary catheter in the last 7 days
- You have had a urinary tract infection in the last 14 days
- You have a chronic indwelling urinary catheter
