Lenalidomide Combined With G-CHOP in the Treatment of Newly Diagnosed DLBCL With FL

This trial is testing a combination chemotherapy regimen — lenalidomide added to a standard treatment called G-CHOP — for people newly diagnosed with a rare type of lymphoma that shows features of both diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and follicular lymphoma (FL) at the same time. Researchers want to see if adding lenalidomide improves response rates. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18–70 years old - You have been newly diagnosed with DLBCL combined with follicular lymphoma (confirmed by biopsy) - Your cancer is stage II–IV - You have measurable disease on PET/CT or MRI - You are in reasonably good health (ECOG 0–2) with adequate organ function - You have an adequate life expectancy of at least 6 months **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your lymphoma started in or has spread to the brain or spinal fluid (central nervous system) - You are HIV-positive or have active hepatitis C - You have uncontrolled high blood pressure or significant heart problems - You have another active cancer (other than certain treated early-stage skin or cervical cancers) - You have serious lung disease with low oxygen levels Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
