Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors and Anti-vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Antibody/tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors with or Without TACE for Advanced HCC with Vascular Invasions

This observational study looks at whether adding TACE (transarterial chemoembolization — a procedure that delivers chemotherapy directly into the liver and blocks its blood supply) to immunotherapy and blood vessel-blocking drugs improves outcomes for people with advanced liver cancer (HCC) that has invaded blood vessels (vascular invasion). **You may be eligible if:** - You have confirmed liver cancer (HCC) by imaging, biopsy, or lab tests - Your cancer is at an advanced stage with invasion of blood vessels (BCLC stage C with macrovascular invasion) - You have not received prior systemic (whole-body) treatment for HCC - You are receiving immunotherapy (PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors) and anti-angiogenic drugs, with or without TACE **You may NOT be eligible if:** - You have already received systemic treatment for liver cancer - Your cancer does not involve blood vessel invasion - You are at an earlier stage eligible for curative treatment Note: This is an observational study — no new experimental treatments are assigned.
