About ClinicalTrialsFinder
ClinicalTrialsFinder.org is a free, independent search engine that helps patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals find clinical trials that are actively recruiting participants. We aggregate data from official registries — including ClinicalTrials.gov and ANZCTR — and present it in a clear, accessible format designed for real people, not researchers.
Our Mission
Clinical trials are the foundation of medical progress. Every approved treatment, every breakthrough therapy, and every life-saving drug was first tested in a clinical trial. Yet most patients never learn about trials relevant to their condition — not because trials do not exist, but because the information is buried in technical databases that were designed for researchers, not patients.
We built ClinicalTrialsFinder to bridge that gap. Our goal is to make clinical trial information accessible to everyone, regardless of their medical background.

Plain-Language Summaries

Weekly Alerts
Subscribe to receive weekly emails when new trials open for conditions you care about, filtered to your location.
Free and Independent
ClinicalTrialsFinder is free to use and is not funded by pharmaceutical companies. We do not promote specific trials or treatments.
Our Data Sources
We aggregate clinical trial data from official government registries, including ClinicalTrials.gov (the world's largest registry, maintained by the U.S. National Library of Medicine) and the Australian New Zealand Clinical Trials Registry (ANZCTR). Our database is updated regularly to reflect new studies, status changes, and updated eligibility criteria.
We do not modify the clinical data from these registries. Our plain-language summaries and screening tools are supplementary features designed to help you understand the original data — they are not medical advice and should not replace consultation with your healthcare provider.
