Eligibility

Sex: Both males and femalesMin Age: 18 YearssMax Age: 35 Yearss

Inclusion Criteria2

  • High level of physical fitness
  • Completed 10-15 h/wk physical training for at least 2 y in either cycling or triathlon

Exclusion Criteria2

  • Regular antioxidant supplementation for previous 4 wks
  • Illness or injury which may be exacerbated through participation in the study
