Effect of Nurse-run Walk-in Clinic on Emergency Department workload

This study is looking at whether a nurse-run walk-in clinic at a hospital can reduce the workload on the Emergency Department (ED). When minor health issues are handled at a walk-in clinic rather than in the ED, it may free up ED resources for more serious emergencies. Researchers will track whether the walk-in clinic changes how many people come to the ED and how quickly they are seen.
