Summary
In this study, we aim to determine the prevalence and risk factors of burnout syndrome among anaesthesiology and reanimation residents in Turkey.
Eligibility
Inclusion Criteria1
- Currently working as a anaesthesiology and reanimation resident in Turkey
Exclusion Criteria1
- Working as a resident in department other than anaesthesiology and reanimation.

Interventions
Survey that made of 78 question will be administered participants via website link that has been distributed via social media channels. This survey was designed to determine the prevalance and risk factors of burnout syndrome This survey specifically designed for this study which include questions aimed at obtaining demografic information, defining health and working conditions and copenhagen burnout inventory to describe work-related burnout. The survey is expected to take approximately 20 minutes to complete for each participant. Each participant will be able to fill out the survey once. To achieve this goal, e-mail logining will be mandatory.
