Protocol for Collecting, Banking and Distributing Human Tissue Samples: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Tissue Resources Core Facility

The St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Tissue Bank (TBANK) collects, stores, and distributes biological samples — including blood, bone marrow, and tumor tissue — from patients with both malignant (cancer) and non-malignant conditions, as well as their relatives and control populations. These samples are used to advance research into childhood diseases and potential treatments. Samples may come from St. Jude patients or from collaborating institutions worldwide. You may be eligible if... - You are a patient (or a relative of a patient) treated or studied at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or an affiliated site - Your institution has IRB approval for TBANK - You are willing to provide consent for sample storage and research use - St. Jude employees who have consented to participate in specific surveillance studies may also be eligible You may NOT be eligible if... - You are from an institution without TBANK IRB approval and have not separately consented to TBANK - You are not enrolled on a St. Jude protocol that incorporates tumor banking consent Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
