This is a registry study collecting information and samples from people with gastric (stomach) cancer or a strong family history of it, to help researchers better understand the disease and find ways to detect it earlier and treat it more effectively. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with a stomach tumor or a tumor at the junction of the stomach and esophagus (food pipe), confirmed by lab testing - You have a first- or second-degree family member (parent, sibling, child, grandparent, aunt or uncle) who had gastric cancer - You carry a known mutation in the CDH1 gene, which significantly raises your risk of stomach cancer - You are 18 years or older - You can read English or Spanish **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are under 18 - You do not speak or read English or Spanish - You do not have a gastric cancer diagnosis or relevant family history Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
