This study is building a national registry in Korea to track the long-term safety and effectiveness of biologic and targeted medications used to treat rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory joint diseases. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis or a related inflammatory condition (such as ankylosing spondylitis or psoriatic arthritis) - You are starting or currently taking a biologic medication or targeted therapy (such as a TNF-inhibitor) for your condition at a participating clinic in Korea - You are willing to be followed and have your health data recorded over time **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are not being treated at a participating clinic - You are unwilling to provide consent for your health data to be tracked - You have a condition that the registry's doctors consider an exclusion from tracking Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
