Pediatric Pulmonary Hypertension Network (PPHNet) Informatics Registry

This trial is creating an information registry — a large, organized database — to track children who have been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension, a condition where the blood pressure inside the blood vessels of the lungs is dangerously high. Researchers will use this registry to better understand the disease, identify patterns, and improve future treatments for children affected by this serious condition. **You may be eligible if...** - Your child was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension before the age of 18, regardless of the cause - You (the parent or legal guardian) can read either English or Spanish - You and/or your child are able and willing to provide informed consent to participate in the registry **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your child was first diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension after they turned 18 years old - You are not willing to sign the informed consent form giving permission to participate Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
