Plain Language Summary

Simplified for easier understanding

This study collects information from pregnant women and infants born with birth defects or fetal anomalies. When a baby is found to have a structural abnormality before or after birth, there are often many unanswered questions about the cause and prognosis. This study collects clinical data to help researchers better understand how and why fetal anomalies occur, and how affected families can be better supported. You may be eligible if: - You are a pregnant female between 8 and 50 years old who has been referred to a high-risk pregnancy clinic due to a concern about the baby, OR - You are an infant (male or female) born with an anomaly You may NOT be eligible if: - You are not pregnant (for the maternal group) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.

This summary was AI-generated to explain the trial in plain language. It is not medical advice. Always discuss eligibility with your doctor before enrolling in a clinical trial.
