This study is looking at people experiencing their first episode of psychosis (a break from reality, including hallucinations or delusions) to identify early signs and understand what factors influence long-term outcomes, with the goal of improving early detection and treatment. **You may be eligible if...** - You are experiencing or have recently experienced your first episode of psychosis - You are between the ages specified by the study (typically 15–40 years) - You are willing to participate in interviews, questionnaires, and follow-up assessments - You have not had a previous diagnosis of a psychotic disorder **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your psychosis is caused by substance use or a known medical condition (such as a brain tumor or infection) - You have been previously diagnosed with a psychotic disorder - You are unable to provide informed consent - You have a serious physical illness that would confound the study results Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
