This pilot study is testing whether patients who need a stem cell transplant (bone marrow transplant) can safely receive it and recover at home instead of staying in the hospital, by providing close nursing and medical support in the home setting. **You may be eligible if...** - You need a stem cell transplant (using your own cells — called autologous transplant) for a blood cancer or related condition - You live within a reasonable distance from the transplant center - You have a caregiver at home who can assist you during recovery - Your home environment meets basic safety and sanitation requirements - You are otherwise in adequate health to attempt outpatient recovery **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You live too far from the transplant center for emergency support - You do not have a reliable caregiver at home - Your home environment is unsuitable (e.g., no running water, uncontrolled pests) - You have a condition requiring constant in-hospital monitoring - You are not comfortable managing your own care at home with nursing support Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
