This study is using electronic health records (EHR) to automatically identify patients who may have bone loss (osteoporosis or osteopenia) or other bone health problems, and then alert their doctors to ensure those patients receive proper screening and treatment. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a patient within the healthcare system using this electronic tool - You have risk factors for bone loss (such as older age, use of steroids, certain medical conditions, or a history of fractures) - You have not had a recent bone density scan (DEXA scan) despite being at risk **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have already been identified and are being treated for bone health issues - You are not a patient within the participating healthcare system - You do not have identifiable risk factors for bone disease in the electronic records Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
