The purpose of this study is to test two different ways to help men with sexual rehabilitation.

This study is looking at ways to help men stick with a sexual recovery program after prostate cancer surgery, specifically a treatment that uses penile injections to restore erectile function. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with early-stage prostate cancer - You have had your prostate surgically removed (radical prostatectomy) - Your surgery was performed within the last 9 months - You had a moderate ability to get erections before surgery - You are currently using or starting penile injection therapy as part of your recovery - You can communicate and fill out questionnaires in English **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Both nerves responsible for erections were completely cut during surgery - You are currently on or have previously used hormone-suppressing therapy (androgen deprivation therapy) - Your PSA levels are rising (a possible sign the cancer has returned) - You have a strong fear of needles or injections - You have an untreated serious mental health condition such as schizophrenia or major depression Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
