This study is measuring the quality of life — including mental health and physical activity — in children and teenagers with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL, a type of blood cancer) who are currently in the maintenance phase of their treatment. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a child or teenager between 8 and 18 years old - You have ALL and are currently in the maintenance (long-term, lower-intensity) phase of chemotherapy - You can speak and read English - You are physically able to do moderate exercise - You have no documented psychiatric or neurological conditions that would interfere with participation **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are outside the age range of 8-18 years - You have a mental health or neurological condition that affects your ability to complete survey questions - You are unable to participate in light physical activity Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
