Intraoperative Laxity Assessment of ACL Reconstruction, ACL Revision and MAT

This study is evaluating how well various reconstructive knee surgeries restore normal knee stability, using measurements taken during the operation itself. The surgeries included are anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, ACL revision surgery (when a previous ACL repair has failed and needs to be redone), and meniscus allograft transplantation (MAT — transplanting donor meniscus tissue to replace a damaged or removed meniscus). The ACL is one of the main ligaments that keeps your knee stable, and tearing it is one of the most common serious sports injuries. Researchers will measure laxity (looseness or instability) in the knee during surgery to better understand how different techniques affect stability and long-term outcomes. You may be eligible if: - You are between 14 and 65 years old - You are undergoing ACL reconstruction, ACL revision surgery, or meniscus allograft transplantation - You are able to understand the study and have provided written informed consent You may NOT be eligible if: - You are unable to understand the study requirements - You have not signed the informed consent form Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
