Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Focused Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

This trial is studying a specific type of talk therapy called psychodynamic psychotherapy, tailored to treat PTSD, for people who have not fully responded to or have been unable to complete standard PTSD treatments. **You may be eligible if...** - You have moderate-to-severe PTSD (as measured by a standard assessment score above 40) - You have either declined, dropped out of, been found unsuitable for, or completed but still have symptoms after standard PTSD treatments (CPT or Prolonged Exposure therapy) - You are on stable psychiatric medication (no changes in the 2 months before entering the study) **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have an active psychotic disorder, bipolar disorder, or substance use disorder that would interfere with therapy - You are not stable on psychiatric medication - You are currently in acute psychiatric crisis or at high risk of harm to yourself Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
