Vaginal Cuff Brachytherapy Fractionation Study

This study is comparing different dosing schedules of vaginal cuff brachytherapy — a type of internal radiation therapy delivered directly to the vaginal area after a hysterectomy (surgery to remove the uterus) for endometrial (uterine) cancer.
