This study is comparing different treatment approaches for patients who have a molar pregnancy (an abnormal growth in the uterus that forms instead of a normal pregnancy) and also have spots or nodules detected on their lungs. Researchers want to find out which strategy best resolves the condition while avoiding unnecessary treatment. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with a molar pregnancy (hydatidiform mole) confirmed by biopsy - Lung nodules have been detected on a CT scan and cannot yet be ruled out as spread of disease - Your blood hormone (hCG) levels do not yet meet the threshold for a formal cancer diagnosis - You are willing to participate and provide informed consent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your molar pregnancy has already been confirmed as malignant with clear metastatic spread - You have already received treatment for gestational trophoblastic disease - You do not meet specific lab or imaging criteria Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
