Plain Language Summary
Simplified for easier understanding
This is a patient registry in China collecting detailed clinical data on people living with Parkinson's disease (PD). The goal is to build a large, high-quality database that helps researchers better understand how Parkinson's disease develops, progresses over time, and varies across the Chinese population. Information collected will support improved treatment approaches, earlier and more accurate diagnosis, and better understanding of disease subtypes in people with PD across China and internationally.
