Chinese PD Registry

This is a patient registry in China collecting detailed clinical data on people living with Parkinson's disease (PD). The goal is to build a large, high-quality database that helps researchers better understand how Parkinson's disease develops, progresses over time, and varies across the Chinese population. Information collected will support improved treatment approaches, earlier and more accurate diagnosis, and better understanding of disease subtypes in people with PD across China and internationally. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease based on established UK Brain Bank criteria or other standard diagnostic criteria used in clinical practice - You are willing and able to provide consent to have your clinical data included in the registry **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You do not have the mental capacity to consent to participating in the registry Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
