This study is testing a new drug called sEphB4-HSA for people with Kaposi sarcoma (KS), a type of cancer that often affects the skin and can also involve internal organs. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have been diagnosed with Kaposi sarcoma confirmed by biopsy - You are HIV-positive or HIV-negative (both are welcome) - You are in reasonable overall health and able to carry out basic daily activities - Your liver, kidneys, and blood counts meet minimum health thresholds - You have not had KS getting better in the past 3 months (unless it has recently worsened) **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are currently taking part in another clinical trial - You received cancer treatment for KS within the past 4 weeks - You have KS affecting vital organs in a way that needs urgent chemotherapy - You have had a major heart attack, stroke, or serious bleeding episode in the last 6 months - You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or unwilling to use birth control - You have uncontrolled high blood pressure or a serious heart condition - You are on blood-thinning medications (like warfarin) at full therapeutic doses Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
