A Psychophysiological Database of Maximal Effort Tests.

This study is building a psychophysiological database by collecting data from athletes performing maximal effort exercise tests. These tests push athletes to their physical limits (such as graded treadmill or cycling tests) and measure how the body responds — including heart rate, oxygen consumption, power output, and psychological state. Having a large standardized database makes it possible to better understand how athletes respond to extreme exertion and to improve fitness testing protocols. The study is observational — it simply records measurements during standard maximal exercise tests. No experimental interventions are involved. All participants undergo a sports medical evaluation including history, physical exam, and resting ECG before participation. You may be eligible if: - You are a healthy, trained athlete between 18 and 65 years old - You are not taking any medications that affect heart rate or physical performance You may NOT be eligible if: - You have any active disease - You have a current injury - You are taking medication that affects maximum heart rate or exercise performance Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
