This study is testing whether combining two liver cancer treatments — targeted radiation (SBRT) with or without a procedure that blocks blood flow to the tumor (TACE) — works better for people with a single large liver tumor. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with primary liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) - You have a single tumor between 5 and 10 cm in size - Your liver function is relatively preserved (Child-Pugh A or B) - You are in reasonably good physical health (able to carry out daily activities) - You are not a candidate for surgery or liver transplant, or have chosen not to pursue those options - You are being treated for hepatitis B or C if applicable **You may NOT be eligible if...** - The cancer has spread to your lymph nodes or other parts of the body - There is a blood clot caused by the tumor in your liver vessels (tumor thrombus) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
