Outcome of Endodontic Treatment and Retreatment With a Bioceramic Sealer

This study is evaluating whether a newer type of root canal filling material — called a bioceramic sealer — leads to better long-term success for both initial root canal treatments and retreatments compared to traditional sealers. Bioceramic sealers are made from calcium silicate-based materials that are biocompatible, meaning they are less likely to irritate surrounding tissue, and they may create a better seal inside the root canal. Participants will be followed over time after their dental treatment to track whether the tooth remains infection-free and pain-free. You may be eligible if: - You are between 18 and 75 years old - You need root canal treatment for an irreversibly infected or inflamed tooth - OR you need retreatment of a previously failed root canal - The affected tooth has one or two roots You may NOT be eligible if: - You have systemic diseases, diabetes, or are immunocompromised - You are pregnant - Your tooth has root resorption, root fracture, or cannot be properly restored Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
