Development of a Clinical Decision Support System With Artificial Intelligence for Cancer Care

This study is developing and testing an AI-powered clinical decision support system to help doctors make better treatment decisions for patients with cancers of the stomach, esophagus, and the area where the two join (the gastroesophageal junction). Researchers are using patient data from past cases to train and validate the AI model. **You may be eligible if you:** - Have been diagnosed with primary gastric (stomach) adenocarcinoma, including early-stage forms, OR - Have esophageal cancer (including adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, or early-stage forms), OR - Have cancer at the junction of the esophagus and stomach - Are participating in the prospective (future) part of the study **You may NOT be eligible if you:** - Have a different type of primary cancer involving the stomach or esophagus (not the types specified) - Have been diagnosed with another cancer previously (in certain categories) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
