Medico-economic Evaluation Rehabilitation by Serious Games at Home for the Management of Patients With Parkinson's Disease Suffering From Gait and Balance Disorders

This study evaluates whether video game-based rehabilitation done at home can help Parkinson's disease patients with walking and balance problems. It compares this interactive approach to standard care and looks at both health outcomes and cost-effectiveness. **You may be eligible if:** - You have been diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease - You are 18 or older - You have walking or balance problems that do not improve with levodopa medication - You have fallen at least 2 times in the past year - Your Parkinson's medications have been stable for at least 1 month - You have internet access at home **You may NOT be eligible if:** - You are at the most advanced stage of Parkinson's (unable to stand or walk alone) - You have significant dementia or memory problems - Your estimated life expectancy is less than 2 years - You are pregnant or of childbearing age without contraception - You are under guardianship or deprived of legal rights Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
