This is a registry study tracking young people in France who experience their first episode of atrial fibrillation (AFib) — an irregular heartbeat. Because AFib is unusual in young people, researchers want to understand why it happens in this age group and how best to manage it. **You may be eligible if...** - You have experienced your first confirmed episode of atrial fibrillation - You are younger than 35 years old - The AFib was confirmed by an ECG (heart tracing) lasting at least 30 seconds - You have a French Social Security number **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a permanently implanted cardiac device (such as a pacemaker or defibrillator) inserted through a vein — note: insertable heart monitors are allowed Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
