This trial is testing a combination of two drugs — camrelizumab (an immunotherapy) and famitinib (a targeted therapy) — as a first-line treatment for patients with an aggressive and rare type of lung cancer called pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with advanced or metastatic pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma (stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV) confirmed by biopsy - You have had no prior systemic treatment for this cancer (prior adjuvant/neoadjuvant therapy that ended 6+ months ago is allowed) - You have at least one measurable tumor - You have a good performance level (ECOG 0-1) - You have a life expectancy of more than 3 months and adequate organ function **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your tumor has specific gene mutations (EGFR, ALK, ROS1, BRAF, or MET exon 14) that have other targeted therapies available - You have uncontrolled high blood pressure or active bleeding - You have active brain metastases - You have active hepatitis B or HIV - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You have significant heart disease or abnormal heart rhythms Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
