Keratized Mucosa in CG Implant Placement: CTG vs Flapless

This study compares two surgical techniques for placing dental implants in the back of the mouth: computer-guided implant placement with a connective tissue graft (CTG) versus computer-guided flapless implant placement (without a graft). The goal is to determine whether adding a tissue graft improves the long-term stability of the gum tissue around the implant. You may be eligible if: - You are 18 years or older - You are missing teeth in the posterior region (teeth 4–7, upper or lower) for at least 3 months - You have sufficient bone volume for standard implant placement without bone grafting - You have accepted participation and signed informed consent You may NOT be eligible if: - You require prolonged steroid use, have severe hemophilia, or are receiving intravenous bisphosphonates - You have a history of head and neck radiation therapy, chemotherapy, or kidney failure - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You smoke more than 10 cigarettes per day or equivalent - You have uncontrolled diabetes or other endocrine disorders - You have local inflammation, untreated periodontitis, or active bone lesions - You have a history of bruxism (teeth grinding) affecting the implant site Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
