Rehabilitation for Survivors of Out-of-hospital Cardiac Arrest

This study is evaluating a rehabilitation program for people who have survived an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. After a heart stops outside of a hospital and then restarts, survivors often face physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges returning to normal life and work. This study tests whether a structured rehabilitation approach can help them recover better. You may be eligible if: - You are an adult (18 years or older) up to age 65 - You survived your first-ever out-of-hospital cardiac arrest - You have been discharged from hospital after the event - You are currently in the workforce or expect to return to it You may NOT be eligible if: - You were not in the workforce for at least 2 years before retirement age - You cannot understand or complete surveys in Danish - Your cardiac arrest was very brief (less than 4 minutes to return of circulation) with immediate recovery and no ICU treatment Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
