Middle East Coronary Artery Ectasia Registry

This study is building a registry of patients in the Middle East who are found to have coronary artery ectasia — an unusual condition where one or more coronary arteries (the blood vessels that supply the heart) are abnormally widened or dilated. The goal is to better understand how common this condition is and how it behaves over time. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been referred for a coronary angiogram (a dye test to look at the heart's arteries) due to suspected heart disease - You are found to have coronary artery ectasia (an unusually wide or dilated artery) - You are 18 years old or older - You are willing to sign a consent form **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are under 18 years old - You refuse to sign a consent form - You are already enrolled in another coronary ectasia study Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
