This study is testing whether wearing a virtual reality (VR) headset during blood draws and allergy skin prick tests can reduce pain and anxiety in children aged 7 to 13. **You may be eligible if...** - Your child is between 7 and 13 years old - They are having blood tests or allergy prick tests at a participating hospital in France - Both child and parent understand the study and give consent - Both child and parent can complete the questionnaires provided **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your child has a heart condition, epilepsy, or significant anxiety/PTSD that would make VR use unsafe - Your child has received pain medication before the appointment - Your child has a condition that changes how they feel pain (e.g., spina bifida) - Contact isolation precautions are needed Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
