Registering Genomics and Imaging of Tumors (ReGIT)

This study is building a research database by collecting genetic information and MRI imaging data from people with brain tumors called gliomas (grades II through IV). By analyzing DNA patterns alongside imaging and health records, researchers aim to better predict outcomes and develop more personalized treatment strategies for brain cancer. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 18 and 89 years old - You have been diagnosed with or are suspected to have a glioma (a type of brain tumor, grades II–IV) based on imaging or physician review - You are willing to have brain MRI scans and tissue samples collected as part of your standard care **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are unable to have an MRI (for example, due to a pacemaker, metal implants in the body, or severe claustrophobia) - You have serious unstable medical conditions that would make participation unsafe - You are pregnant Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
