This study examines why parents of children with newly diagnosed cancer do or do not enroll their child in therapeutic clinical trials within a pediatric cancer network. Understanding the decision-making process can help improve how families are informed and supported. You may be eligible if: - You are a parent or legal guardian of a child aged 0–18 years - Your child was recently diagnosed with cancer for the first time - You speak English or Spanish - Your child is being treated within the participating hospital network You may NOT be eligible if: - Your child has relapsed or recurrent cancer - Your child has a benign (non-cancerous) tumor Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
