Multiparametric Assessment to Investigate Prognostic Factors for Disease Evolution a nd Evolutionary Patterns of Cognitive Status in RRMS

This study tracks cognitive changes (thinking, memory, and processing speed) in people who have had relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS) for less than 10 years, using brain MRI and other tests. The goal is to understand what factors predict whether someone's cognition will worsen over time. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with active, relapsing-remitting MS for less than 10 years - You are between 18 and 50 years old - You have not had a relapse or taken steroids in at least the past month - You are starting or switching a disease-modifying therapy for MS - You are able to give informed consent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your MS has been present for more than 10 years - You have had a relapse or taken steroids in the past month - You have conditions other than MS that could affect cognition (e.g., psychiatric illness, drug or alcohol use) - You are unable to have an MRI - You have progressive MS (not the relapsing-remitting type) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
