By comparing samples from the original colon tumor and the spread, researchers hope to find new targets for treatment. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 years or older - You have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer that has spread to the peritoneum (abdominal lining) - You have undergone cytoreductive surgery (surgery to remove as much cancer as possible) at the Christie hospital - Archived tumor tissue from both the original tumor and the spread is available for analysis **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have not had cytoreductive surgery at the Christie - Archival tumor tissue is not available - There are no other exclusion criteria listed for this observational tissue study Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
