Phase II Study of Pirtobrutinib With Venetoclax In Relapsed-Refractory MCL (Mantle Cell Lymphoma) Patients

This study is testing a combination of two targeted drugs — pirtobrutinib (a BTK inhibitor) and venetoclax (a BCL-2 inhibitor) — in people with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), a rare blood cancer, that has come back or is no longer responding to previous treatments. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older with a confirmed diagnosis of mantle cell lymphoma - Your lymphoma has relapsed or is refractory (not responding) to prior therapy, including prior BTK inhibitors (ibrutinib, acalabrutinib, zanubrutinib) or CAR-T therapy — but you have NOT previously received venetoclax - You can take oral medications - You have at least one measurable area of disease - You are in good functional health (ECOG 0–2) **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have previously been treated with venetoclax - You have significant heart, liver, or blood abnormalities that would make treatment unsafe - You are pregnant or breastfeeding Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
