Time-limited Triplet Combination of Pirtobrutinib, Venetoclax, and Obinutuzumab for Patients With Treatment-naïve Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) or Richter Transformation (RT)

This study is testing a three-drug combination — pirtobrutinib, venetoclax, and obinutuzumab — for patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or a more aggressive transformation called Richter transformation (RT). All three drugs work differently to kill cancer cells, and this time-limited treatment aims to achieve deep remissions without lifelong therapy. **You may be eligible if:** - You are 18 years or older - You have CLL/SLL that has never been treated and now needs treatment - OR you have Richter transformation (either untreated or previously treated) that arose from CLL - Your general health is good to moderate (ECOG score 0–2) - Your liver and kidney function are adequate **You may NOT be eligible if:** - You have serious heart, liver, or kidney problems beyond the allowed thresholds - You have certain active infections (especially hepatitis B or C) - You have had certain prior treatments that would conflict with the study drugs - You are pregnant or breastfeeding Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
