This study looks at how well radioactive iodine (I-131) is absorbed by the thyroid after patients with thyroid cancer follow a low-iodine diet. It aims to better understand whether this diet actually improves the effectiveness of post-surgery radioiodine treatment. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) - You are following a low-iodine diet before your radioiodine ablation therapy as part of your standard treatment - You are 18 or older - You can read and understand Dutch **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are under 18 years old - You are currently taking amiodarone (a heart medication that contains a lot of iodine) - You have kidney problems that affect iodine clearance Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
