This study is collecting detailed clinical, imaging, and biomarker data from women receiving pre-operative (neoadjuvant) therapy for breast cancer before their surgery, to better understand how different patients respond to treatment. **You may be eligible if...** - You are female and 18 years old or older - You have been diagnosed with primary breast cancer confirmed by biopsy - You are planning to receive pre-operative (neoadjuvant) therapy before your breast surgery - Your organ function is adequate **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a history of a significant neurological or psychiatric illness (including epilepsy or dementia) - Your doctor determines that participation is not appropriate for you Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
