Novel Complex Radiodiagnostics of Peripherial Arthropathies

This study develops and tests a new combination of imaging techniques — including MRI and nuclear medicine scans — to better visualize and understand inflammatory joint diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and gout (crystal arthropathy). The goal is to improve how these conditions are diagnosed and monitored over time. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (based on EULAR/ACR criteria), psoriatic arthritis (based on CASPAR criteria), or a crystal arthropathy such as gout - You are between 18 and 100 years old - You are able to sign an informed consent form **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are under 18 years old - You are pregnant - You are currently breastfeeding - You have conditions that prevent you from undergoing the required imaging procedures (for example, certain metal implants incompatible with MRI) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
