Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy Combined With Adjuvant Chemotherapy Treated Advanced Cervical Cancer

This trial tests adjuvant (preventive) chemotherapy given after standard chemoradiation treatment in people with locally advanced cervical cancer who achieved a complete response (meaning no detectable cancer remained after treatment). The goal is to determine whether additional chemotherapy after successful chemoradiation reduces the chance of the cancer coming back. **You may be eligible if...** - You have cervical cancer (squamous, adenocarcinoma, or adenosquamous type) confirmed by biopsy - Your cancer is locally advanced (stage IB3, IIA2, IIB–IVA per FIGO 2018) - You received standard chemoradiotherapy and achieved a complete remission - You are 18 to 75 years old and in good overall health (PS score 0–1) - Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are adequate **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your cancer did not completely respond to chemoradiation - You have had cancer spread to other organs - You have another active cancer within the past 5 years - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You have serious heart disease, active infection, or immune suppression - You have a bleeding disorder or severe bone marrow problems - You have a known severe allergy to any of the study drugs Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
