Plain Language Summary

Simplified for easier understanding

This pilot study is testing whether high-intensity interval exercise (HIIE) — short bursts of vigorous activity alternating with rest — is safe and feasible for young adults who survived a brain tumor during childhood, or who have a slow-growing type of brain tumor called IDH-mutant glioma. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 18 and 45 years old - You were treated for a brain tumor during childhood (and it's been at least 2 years since treatment), OR you have IDH-mutant glioma and it's been at least 1 year since your last treatment - You have been medically cleared to exercise - If you have tumor-related epilepsy, you have had no generalized seizures in the past 6 months - You are able to use contraception if of childbearing potential **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your doctor has not cleared you for exercise - You have other serious medical conditions that would be worsened by exercise - You are currently pregnant Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
