Improving Understanding of Glioblastoma Through Preservation of Biologically Active Brain Tissue

This study is collecting living brain tumor tissue from patients with glioblastoma (an aggressive brain cancer) during surgery, to study how these cancer cells behave and respond to treatments in a lab setting — with the goal of finding better therapies. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - Brain imaging suggests you have a high-grade brain tumor, and the tumor tissue will be analyzed during surgery (frozen section), with enrollment confirmed if glioblastoma or gliosarcoma is found, OR you already have a confirmed diagnosis of glioblastoma/gliosarcoma and are having surgery for recurrent disease - Your tumor is large enough and in a location suitable for tissue collection **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your brain tumor is not glioblastoma or gliosarcoma - Your tumor is too small or in a location that does not allow safe tissue collection - You are under 18 Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
