This study is looking at whether combining immunotherapy (anti-PD-1 drugs) with radiation therapy improves outcomes in people with advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma — a cancer of the esophagus (food pipe) that cannot be surgically removed. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18–80 years old - You have esophageal squamous cell carcinoma that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other areas - You have not had prior systemic (whole-body) treatment, OR your cancer progressed at least 6 months after earlier treatment - You have already received at least one cycle of immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy as first-line treatment **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have already had radiation therapy in the chest area during this illness - You have had prior systemic therapy for this cancer (unless it was over 6 months ago) - You have serious heart, liver, or immune problems - You are pregnant or breastfeeding Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
